This policy explains what personal data this site collects, what it is used for and what your rights are.

What data is collected

The only place this site collects personal data is the contact form: name, email, company (optional), project type, approximate budget, ideal date, your message and the page you arrived from. There are no user accounts and no tracking cookies.

What it is used for

Exclusively to reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal if you ask for one. It is not used for marketing, never sold, and never shared with third parties beyond the processing described below.

Who processes submissions

The form is processed through Formspree Inc. (United States), which delivers the message to my inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor under its own privacy policy. If you prefer not to use the form, you can write to me directly by email.

How long data is kept

Messages are kept in my inbox while they remain useful for the business relationship. You can request their deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to the contact email of this site, in accordance with Chilean data protection law (Law 21.719).

Language preference and external content

The site may store your language preference (ebLang) in your browser, solely to remember whether you selected Spanish or English. YouTube videos display a thumbnail served by YouTube and load the player from youtube-nocookie.com only when played. These requests may transmit standard technical data, such as IP address and browser information, to the external provider.

Analytics & cookies

This site currently uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
